In 2023 I decided to launch a consulting business to share the experience and learnings I’ve been fortunate to gain during three decades at the forefront of the communications industry in dynamic consultancy and in-house roles.

I have a 360 perspective of the growth trajectory of an agency, having built a Top 100 UK corporate communications consultancy, Wriglesworth, then sold and successfully integrated it into an EMEA and Top 20 UK firm, Instinctif Partners, where I held senior leadership roles for 8 years.

I also have invaluable experience of being client side, having spent 6 years as the first Head of Comms at FTSE 100 firm Direct Line Group, building from scratch an impactful comms function and strategy.

I am passionate about enabling high performance and sustainable growth in communications firms and encouraging a new generation of agency owners to succeed. I am passionate also about helping companies and organisations optimise their communications strategy, to help them flourish and build their reputation with integrity and positivity.

Over three decades I have been fortunate to work with many many clients from FTSE and international to start ups, to maximise the impact of their communications across consumer, business, political and financial stakeholders. I have particular experience in the financial services, professional services and real estate sectors but many others also and my expertise spans all aspects of communications strategy and reputation management.

Throughout I have been privileged to work with and help develop the careers of dozens of talented colleagues, and my insight into enabling people to fulfil their potential also underpins my new offer.
